Visualization In-Sights: Accessible Analogies for Real Life

What is a Visualization In-sight? A new way of dealing with many uphill or dark pit challenges in life. In-sights are an inward to outward process of visualization, conjured by easy to remember stories and images, utilized for healing and moving through hurdles and past darkness. In essence, they are a “right under our noses” way to seeing ourselves through life, intentionally made to be easily recalled and envisioned. Thus, it is for you to decide what works and what doesn’t.

KEEPING IT SIMPLE

What I have found is that, when we are going through life’s rough times, we are often too close to our own pain and problems to see how to get through them without help. Visualizing the happy at the end of the road can just seem too impossible. And, unfortunately, some of us don’t have readily available help, or we don’t even want it (I’m raising my hand here. Amidst my hardest times, I am what I call a tuck-chinner). We get so caught up in the spiral, in the challenge, in the pain, that standard or professional methods, advice, or even friendly assistance, can seem like rough sandpaper. Thus these accessible in-sights are intended to be an easier step, from the super hard to relief and a mind-set that will help you find your own road to recovery (and, eventually, much more). They do not substitute for professional assistance, if this is needed. Please do not be shy about seeking further help than these in-sights provide. You are never alone.
