The AI Awake Core Course is a structured, reflective learning experience designed to help people understand AI without fear, overwhelm, or blind trust.

This is not a technical course.

The Core Course draws directly from my AWAKE framework and guides participants through both understanding and integration, not just learning about AI, but noticing how it affects perception, creativity, decision-making, and identity.
