Amy Rise Infinity, LifeGuide
I help you find your power and truly live in it. You are a powerhouse. You can get through - and do and be - anything. My job is to unleash that potential within you and show you just how very important and powerful you are, in all facets of your life.
I am also a LifeGuide. What is that? I guide people to their joy and dreams. I give hope. I help people find themselves. I am the voice in your head, speaking what you probably already knew all along and just got so caught up in it, that you couldn’t hear.
I guide people across rickety bridges. The rickety bridges of ourselves. Because we are all the ones in power. But we don’t always see it.
Life is largely how we perceive it. Amidst the darkness, pain, and discomfort, we can choose to be in power and see the light in ourselves. But it’s not always that simple.
Pain is complicated and all relative. We all have stuff to deal with. Sickness, life, a loveless marriage, abuse, a troubled past, or even seemingly mundane things. No comparing. Hard is hard, no matter what it is. And it sucks like hell getting through the hard stuff.
Sometimes, all we need is a glimmer, a reminder of light, a shred of hope, something to hang onto, and to remind us that we can get through. Not only will we get through, but we will shine. I plan to help you do just that – shine – and, even before, find the light and warmth you deserve and that will help you build your fire.
My one big ask is that you are willing to allow it. I won’t spout the cheesy “happiness is already here” kind of crap that infuriates us all, I promise.
But there is a way to more easily set yourself up for a cascade of positive. A change in your perceived reality.
To do this, first, we must blast through the negative scripts, hang-ups, and blockades. We need to see things differently. But when the world seems befuddled or dark or cold, it is sometimes too much to go from here to there right away.
So, what can we use, more accessible and relatable? What can we visualize that will help keep us going, get us over the hurdles, and inch us through the dark?
I call them IN-SIGHTS. Accessible, insightful visualizations, keeping it real, helping us through the muck. Their intent is to gently help bring your amazing future more easily into sight (and, eventually, within reach). So let’s get started.
Fun fact: If you were wondering where I got the idea for LifeGuide as a title, I happen to be a former park ranger and park guide for the National Park Service. My role was to connect people with places, artifacts, and ideas that would allow them greater connection within themselves wrapped within the larger concepts that these parks embodied. Of course, I also guided people on trails, in canoes, and on nightly “bat walks,” through literal darkness. Rather than only call myself a coach, I also see myself as a guide, helping you along with a flashlight beside you, learning, loving, sharing together as we go.
